Retirement is cool. My dad came for a visit this weekend after going to Jellystone. He hung out for a couple of days and we watched every Bay Area team lose (including my daughter's soccer team) then, on Sunday after the Raider game, he got a bug in his ass to go see Mt. Saint Helens blow her stack. So, instead of heading home with the Land Yacht, he got directions to Washington and was off.

Ready to go to the gym?

my workout buddy and I were all set to go for a run when I offered another possibility... how about a beer? Next thing you know, we are drinking all night and the gym is once again avoided.
